Duties
- Vigilantly monitor pool areas to ensure safety protocols are followed by all guests and staff
- Check homeowner and guest badges for validity
- Enforce pool rules and regulations with professionalism and clear communication
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and guest support
- Conduct routine safety checks, including equipment inspections.
- Manage guest interactions with confidence, resolving conflicts or concerns efficiently and courteously
- Make announcements or provide safety instructions clearly and confidently
Experience
- Experience in customer service or guest services roles within hospitality, resort, or recreational settings preferred
- Conflict management skills are essential for handling disputes calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills for public speaking and providing clear safety instructions
- Experience working in environments such as theaters or hospitality venues will support your ability to adapt quickly and engage confidently with diverse audiences
