What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Registration Representative position at Holdenville Hospital Authority?
Responsible for greeting all patients with courtesy and professionalism. Patient Registration Representatives are the first point of contact for patients. Responsible for the accurate completion of all required paperwork and documentation for all registering patients. Other responsibilities may include admitting patients to the hospital medical floor from ER, Dr. Office, and or transfer from other medical facilities, verify insurance and obtain authorization, when necessary, schedule and pre-register patients for Radiology, surgery and laboratory services. This position expedites the patient experience through the admissions department. Seeking a team member open to working both day and evening shifts including holidays based on scheduling needs. Shifts can be 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm.
Must be able to pass a background check and complete a pre-employment drug test with a negative result.
