About This Job:
This role requires strong communication and people skills. The primary role is to ensure all properties are cleaned/inspected and ready for scheduled arrivals on time. This position focuses on scheduling, communication and logistics, making sure the teams have the information and resources they need to stay on track. Ensuring linen readiness for these departures is also key in these overall efficiencies.
Essential Job Functions:
- Create, adjust and communicate daily cleaning schedules and communicate same with cleaners and vendors; maintain accurate schedules in Breezeway for accurate payout/payroll
- Coordinate linen delivery and retrieval
- Track and update property readiness status throughout turnover days and escalate any delays or issues to management
- Communicate internally with other departments on property findings and needs as information is received
- Assist with tracking inventory of linens and supplies
- Provide admin support for scheduling and piece work pricing as needed
- Support other areas of the operation as needed, including assisting with after hours rotation as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Skills, Qualifications and Workplace Environment:
- Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware : laptops, tablets, mobile devices
- Being able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is key
- This role is a combination of office and field work. Could involve travel between office and properties, so reliable personal transportation is essential if/when company transportation is not available.
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable talking to people – online or in person – and being able to share information in a way that’s clear, thoughtful, and represents the company in a positive way always.
- Work may take place indoors or outdoors, in a variety of settings including private homes, resorts, offices, and laundry facilities – often in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to move freely in all types of situations, and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance.
- Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
