What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Consultant position at Holcomb Behavioral Health System?
What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior support plans
- Deliver high-quality, best-practice behavioral services in homes, schools, and community settings
- Provide consultation to BHTs, parents, teachers, and caregivers
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and support crisis stabilization when needed
- Complete timely documentation, treatment plans, and outcome measures
- Collaborate with your Clinical Coordinator, participate in supervision, and attend team meetings
What You Bring
- Graduate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education 1 year of MH experience
- Relevant graduate degree completed Mental Health/Clinical practicum
