Role Description
The Counter Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, customer service, product knowledge, and communication with customers. Positions available in Highland Park, Southfield, Warren, and more.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Retail sales experience and knowledge of sales techniques
- Must have automotive product knowledge and the ability to identify automotive parts
- Customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer complaints
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field a plus
- Must have an active driver license to be able to work deliveries, if needed
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Store Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Shift will be between these hours (20 to 40 hours a week)
Ability to Relocate:
- Detroit and surrounding areas, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
