Johnson Genesis of Cary is a member of Johnson Automotive, one of the fastest growing automotive groups on the East Coast. We are a family-owned dealer group operating 12 dealerships and representing 10 brands with locations in 3 states.
Essential Responsibilities:

- Study and be knowledgeable about the variety of models and trim levels available in inventory and their differences
- Manage all Internet sales leads and inbound phone inquiries
- Contact and communicate with guests to identify their automotive needs (call, email and text)
- Work closely with our team of Product Specialists (Sales People) to serve the needs of our guests
- Abide by Federal, State and Local laws
- Customer Service and Communications (verbal and written) experience is required.

You must be proficient with Microsoft Windows and be able to multi-task between several applications at once
- Maintaining a professional appearance that reflects our dress code is required
- You must have flexible availability for your work schedule, including the ability to work nights and weekends
