What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Lot / Inventory Specialist Johnson Genesis of Cary position at Hol-Dav Inc?

Responsibilities Include (yet are not limited to) :
- Keep the dealership lot neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by management and in accordance with dealership display standards;
- Park vehicles in assigned area(s);
- Maintain order on dealership lot to maximize space;
- Catalog and store keys;
- Tag vehicles as necessary;
- Ensures that required forms/stickers have been completed and are properly displayed;
- Verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice, such as spare tires and stereo equipment;
- Inspect cars to detect damage;
- Record description of damages and list any missing items on delivery receipt;
- Assist the sales department and management as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Maintain excellent customer service skills;
- Must be Detail Oriented and have effective verbal and listening communication skills:
- Possess ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds with assistance;
- Be able to work in various weather conditions;
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time;
- Must be able to work 9am - 6pm Mon - Fri (one of those days off) and 8:30am - 5pm every Saturday.
