Overnight Doughnut Baker

Doughnut Vault, a part of Hogsalt, is looking for dedicated and experienced Full Time Overnight Doughnut Baker ($20-$22/hour) to join our team!

Experience & Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of baking experience is preferred.
• Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude.
• Open availability including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, and stooping.
• Ability to remain positive and productive in a potentially hot or cold work environment.
  
  

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies, ensuring proper inventory control.
• Cook and prepare menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff according to the Hogsalt Recipe Index, ensuring food quality and time standards are always met.
• Answer, report to, and follow instructions and direction from Prep Lead, Sous Chef, Executive Chef, or other leadership.
• Properly clean and break down station at the end of service, ensuring all food handling and food storage standards are met.
• Ensure that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations at all times.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers, leadership, and vendors.
