We're looking for an experienced Finish Carpenter who takes pride in the details and enjoys transforming homes through quality remodeling work.

What You'll Do
- Install cabinets, trim, baseboards, crown molding, doors, and interior finish carpentry
- Remodel kitchens and bathrooms from demolition through final punch list
- Install tile backsplashes, showers, floors, and other tile applications
- Perform drywall repairs, texture matching, and interior painting
- Install flooring, vanities, fixtures, and finish hardware
- Read plans and accurately complete projects to specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and fellow team members
- Ensure every project is completed with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail
Qualifications
- 3 years of residential remodeling or finish carpentry experience preferred
- Strong finish carpentry skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience with kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Tile installation experience strongly preferred
- Painting and drywall finishing experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Positive attitude, dependable, honest, and professional
