Maintenance Tech Level 3 – up to $37/Hour $1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS!

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 2-2-3 Schedule)

What You’ll Get:
✅ Pay: up to $37/hour (based on experience)
✅ $1.00/hour premium for hours worked between 6 pm - 6 am
✅ $2.00/hour premium for hours worked Sat and/or Sun
✅ $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

What You’ll Do:
As a Maintenance Tech, you'll play a vital role in keeping our production equipment, buildings, and facilities running efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
🔧 Performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on PLC-controlled systems.
⚡ Diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
🛠 Conducting preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
⚙ Fabricating and machining parts to improve equipment performance.
🔩 Assisting with installation and modification of new and existing equipment.
📏 Using precision measurement and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.
🦺 Following all safety protocols, including Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO).
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5 years of industrial maintenance experience OR a relevant degree/certification
✔ Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
✔ High School Diploma or GED required
✔ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
What is a 2-2-3 Schedule?
Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern:
📅 Week 1: Work Mon-Tue, off Wed-Thu, work Fri-Sun
📅 Week 2: Off Mon-Tue, work Wed-Thu, off Fri-Sun
