Machine Operator – Tablecover Line | Night Shift (2-2-3 Schedule) | $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
Location: Clintonville, WI
Pay: $20.28 plus hour (based on experience)
Night Shift Premium: $1.00/hour for all hours worked after 6:00 PM
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
Training may take place on the day shift for a limited period

What You’ll Do
-
Set up and operate machinery that produces tablecovers to order specifications
-
Load parent rolls and configure machine for correct length, speed, and folding
-
Clear machine jams using safe lockout/tagout procedures
-
Monitor product quality and ensure accuracy
-
Send and verify UPC and carton labels
-
Perform basic machine maintenance and adjustments
-
Communicate any mechanical issues to maintenance
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area
-
Follow all GMP and SQF guidelines for food safety

Support and help train new team members
What We’re Looking For
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Factory or machine operator experience preferred
-
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long shifts
-
Basic math and communication skills
-
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
-
Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing setting
