Machine Operator – Plate Production (Day Shift) | $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
Location: Clintonville, WI
Pay: Starting at $19.50/hour and up (based on experience)
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule (12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

About the Role
Join our Plate Production team and operate machines that produce recyclable and disposable paper products used across the country. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.
What You'll Do

Operate and monitor production machinery

Load raw materials (e.g., paper rolls, plates)

Ensure quality standards are met throughout production

Perform basic maintenance and report equipment issues

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
What Is a 2-2-3 Schedule?
This rotating schedule provides more days off and a predictable routine:

Week 1: Work Mon–Tues, Off Wed–Thurs, Work Fri–Sat–Sun

Week 2: Off Mon–Tues, Work Wed–Thurs, Off Fri–Sat–Sun
What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED
-
Factory or machine operation experience preferred (but not required)

Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills

Good communication and teamwork

Basic computer skills (e.g., touchscreens, production entry)
