Flexo Board Press Operator (Night Shift | $1,500 Bonus)
Location: Clintonville, WI
Pay: $21.05/hour and up (based on experience)
Night Shift Premium: $1.00/hour for all hours worked after 6:00 PM
Schedule: 2-2-3 Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Training on day shift for approximately 8 weeks

As a Flexo Board Press Operator, you’ll produce high-quality flexographic printed board for our plate production line. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate flexo printing presses
- Load printing sleeves, cylinders, and roll stock
- Mix and adjust inks using the NovaFlow system
- Monitor color using spectro densitometers
- Adjust tension, color stations, and dryers as needed
- Safely clear jams and maintain equipment
- Track materials, waste, and production data
- Follow GMP/SQF guidelines and safety protocols
- Participate in equipment care and reliability programs
- Train and support new team members
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math, reading, and communication skills
- Good color matching and attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented and safety-focused
