Position Summary:
Hoffmann Aviation is seeking a highly organized Hangar Administrator & Flight Operations Coordinator to support our Admin and Flight Operations teams. This full-time position is ideal for professionals with a strong attention to detail and a passion for aviation logistics, maintenance administration, and team coordination.
This role involves managing daily hangar office operations, maintaining accurate data within our Flight Ops software (Veryon), and ensuring seamless logistical and administrative support across departments. You'll play a vital role in supporting both flight crews and maintenance teams, helping maintain an efficient and mission-ready operation.

What You'll Do:
- Welcome and direct hangar visitors; serve as the main point of contact for office upkeep and logistics
- Manage records, supply orders, shipping/receiving, and hazardous inventory in compliance with safety standards
- Maintain accurate data entry and reporting within Veryon aircraft maintenance and flight operations software
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Aerial Acquisition
- Coordinate onboarding for flight and maintenance staff, including keys, badges, headsets, and supplies
- Process invoices and maintain spreadsheets for flight and maintenance tracking
- Support internal communications and help organize meetings and events
- Fulfill pickup and resupply requests for flight crew (e.g., hard drives, consumables)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment
What You Bring:
- 2 years' work experience in a similar role.
- Valid Driver's License (MO or state of primary residence)
- Proficient with computer programs: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, detail orientation, and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to communicate and follow instructions in English
- High School diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Veryon or other aircraft maintenance/operations software
- Background in flight operations or aircraft maintenance support
Physical & Operational Requirements:
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights
- Visual requirements include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, plus depth perception
- Sitting: 20%, Standing: 40%, Walking: 40%
