About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable, motivated Sales Consultant / Operations team member to join our growing business. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and daily business operations within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
In this role, you will work directly with customers while also supporting the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps projects organized and moving smoothly.
What You’ll Be DoingSales & Customer Interaction
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom and via phone/email
- Help customers select products and understand next steps
- Prepare basic estimates and follow up with customers
- Support the sales process from initial contact through project completion
Operations & Daily Support
- Help coordinate scheduling, deliveries, and installations
- Communicate with installers and suppliers
- Assist with job tracking, paperwork, and organization
- Support day-to-day tasks that keep the business running efficiently
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable interacting with customers
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to be on your feet and assist with daily operational tasks as needed
- Prior sales or flooring experience is not required — training provided
