Hoffman Excavating & Paving, LLC is a New Jersey based, successful company that provides high quality excavating & paving services to our residential and commercial customers in Hunterdon County and surrounding areas. Currently we are looking to hire a reliable & highly motivated construction Laborer . This is a labor intense and outdoor position. We are offering a year round full time position from Monday to Friday work schedule. We provide very competitive pay rate with yearly bonuses.

Essential Requirements:
✦ 3-4 years industry experience on a construction site
✦ Safety 40 hr OSHA HAZWOPER Certificate a plus (not mandatory)
✦ ability to keep pace & follow directions for each specific project on the job site
✦ attention to details
✦ punctual & regular attendance is a must
✦ fluent in English for both verbal & written communication
✦ reliable & highly motivated
✦ valid driver license
✦ willingness to learn new skills & gain knowledge
Responsibilities & Duties:
✦ work outside in various weather conditions heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty
✦ follow instructions of Foreman while working in the team settings
✦ assisting crew in excavation, placing pipe, backfilling and other various construction duties
✦ work with and around heavy machinery
✦ follow all safety practices and values while on and off work site
✦ running power tools & hand digging using shovels
