CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER | Hoffman Care Associates | Lancaster County, PA
Salary: $75,000–$85,000, negotiable based on qualifications and experience

Hoffman Care Associates is seeking a hands-on, results-driven CEO to lead our IDD residential program. With five homes serving nine individuals, your leadership will directly impact the people we support and the staff who support them.
We need a leader who takes ownership, makes decisions, solves problems, and follows through—not someone who simply maintains the status quo.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations, drive regulatory compliance, build and hold a strong management team accountable, strengthen staffing, and manage financial performance. Identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements without compromising the rights, dignity, or quality of care of the individuals we serve.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must have at least a bachelor’s degree and five years of experience overseeing the day-to-day operations of an IDD residential program. These are firm requirements.
Strong leadership, sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to turn plans into action are essential.
