Role Purpose
Create the ultimate luxury experience for all service, parts and sales guests. Make them feel welcome and appreciated, comfortable and cared for. Don’t just ask how they are, engage in conversation tailored to their interests. We do our best to say yes, and never say no. If we can’t meet a demand, find a solution that works other than saying no. Promote pride in our facility and brand by ensuring it’s always clean and refreshed. Make the experience memorable and they promote it to friends and family plus come back. You are empowered to create solutions or fix situations, if possible, always ask if unsure.
Core Accountabilities
- High end, valuable and sincere conversations with all guests
- Maintain constant cleanliness of facility and report any issues to service manager
- Answer all inbound main line phone calls, don’t let them sit on hold, respond quickly
- Schedule appointments based on PPN lists for service guided by service manager
- TSD loaner and warranty credit submission and tracking
- Screen all customer experiences, ask for feedback and relay it accordingly
- Work with parts to make delivery gift bags, always promote our items in cases/display
- Gain service manager permission prior to ordering supplies or adding expense
- Constant communication with service manager and general sales manager
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
- Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
- Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
- Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
- Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
Salary : $18 - $24
