Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Elizabeth City, NC for a Repair Coordinator. The Repair Coordinator will manage the repair process for turbine flow meters and associated products, ensuring timely and efficient service. Key responsibilities include coordinating repair activities, conducting quality control checks, interfacing with customers to address repair inquiries, managing project timelines, and collaborating with engineering teams to support mechanical repair needs. The individual is expected to maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively
