Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with two hundred plus attorneys in nine offices, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our busy Litigation team in the Buffalo office. In this dynamic role, you’ll support the firm’s business litigation attorneys by managing complex commercial cases from start to finish. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, handling discovery (both paper and electronic), preparing for trial, and participating in trial proceedings. Hands-on experience with at least one e-discovery/document review platform (e.g., Relativity, Summation, or Concordance) preferred. This is a hands-on role, suitable for a team member with organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail together with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Professional customer service skills to effectively support both internal and external clients. A Bachelor’s degree or certification in Paralegal Studies, litigation experience is desired.
Hodgson Russ offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending, 401(k), Paid Time Off, pension plan, and more. At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Buffalo is $58,000 to $71,200. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level.
