Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
Preferred Qualifications
The following experience is preferred: (i) drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts; (ii) working in a health care, academic, or government entity setting; (iii) other relevant drafting experience; (iv) familiarity with privacy and security rules and regulations; (v) performing work related to observational or clinical research; (v) licensing or other intellectual property related work; and (vi) working within a contract management system.

- Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in a business or law firm setting; or
- Associate’s degree and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in a business or law firm setting.
