Hodge Industrial Technologies is hiring an Field Service Technician - Industrial Electrical to service industrial compressed air systems at customer facilities. Every day brings new challenges, different equipment, and the opportunity to make a real impact for manufacturers across the region.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial compressed air equipment
- Service industrial electrical systems including 240V and 480V three-phase power
- Troubleshoot:
- Electric motors
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- PLC-controlled equipment
- Motor starters and control circuits
- Electrical controls
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Identify root causes and recommend solutions
- Complete service reports and communicate repair findings with customers
- Travel to customer sites using a company vehicle
What We're Looking For
Required
- 2 years of industrial electrical maintenance, field service, or industrial electrician experience
- Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical equipment
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience with 240V/480V three-phase electrical systems
- Valid driver's license
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with industrial air compressors
- Experience with VFDs and PLC troubleshooting
- Industrial maintenance experience
- Manufacturing or production equipment experience
Don't have compressed air experience? That's okay. If you're a strong industrial electrician, we'll train you.

Pay: $27.25 - $37.25 per hour
