What You’ll Do:
- Lead Inspiring Classes: Plan and deliver dynamic, safe, and fun exercise sessions that leave participants feeling accomplished and energized.

- Ensure Safety: Monitor participants, provide modifications as needed, and uphold injury prevention policies for a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Be the Soundtrack of Fitness: Choose motivating music that enhances the class experience and keeps energy levels high.
- Maintain Cleanliness & Equipment: Ensure equipment is in top condition, clean up after classes, and address any equipment or facility concerns.
- Collaborate & Grow: Attend staff meetings and training sessions, and be open to feedback from members and supervisors to continually improve.
- Give Back: Support the YMCA’s mission by participating in initiatives like the Reach Out for Youth fundraising campaign.
