In this role, you will support both regional and global drug safety projects, focusing on marketing applications and clinical development programs. You will play a key role in managing project timelines and ensuring all deliverables are met efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing global safety teams and track safety activities.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring productive outcomes.
- Support the planning and execution of global marketing applications.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely completion of safety tasks.
- Manage vendor contracts and budgets, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Develop purchase orders and manage invoice processing for services rendered.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in life or health sciences or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable with diverse audiences.
- Experience in managing multiple complex projects.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and drug safety databases is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
