The Role
As the Contract & Compliance Paralegal, you'll support enterprise-wide legal and compliance initiatives by reviewing contracts, managing vendor agreements, conducting legal and regulatory research, and assisting with compliance filings. You'll work closely with business leaders to identify risks, improve processes, and help ensure the organization remains compliant with evolving legal and regulatory requirements.
This is a hybrid position with an initial in-office onboarding period before transitioning to a flexible hybrid schedule.
You're the One If You Have
• 5 years of paralegal or related legal experience
• Strong contract review and contract lifecycle management experience (required)
• Experience supporting legal compliance and regulatory initiatives
• Background in insurance or financial services is highly preferred
• Experience with vendor management or third-party risk management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
