Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Assemble and install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with local codes.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency in construction plumbing techniques and practices.
- Ability to operate drain cleaning equipment and sewer cameras effectively and efficiently.
- Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety protocols.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during installations or repairs.
- Experience with remodeling projects is advantageous.
- Competence in using various power tools safely and efficiently.
- A maintenance person skill set that includes basic carpentry is beneficial.
