Skills

• Proficiency in construction plumbing techniques and practices.
• Ability to operate drain cleaning equipment and sewer cameras effectively and efficiently.
• Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety protocols.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during installations or repairs.
• Experience with remodeling projects is advantageous.
• Competence in using various power tools safely and efficiently.
• A maintenance person skill set that includes basic carpentry is beneficial.
