Manufacturing Technician II - Powder Room Operator / Mixer
Wage Range: $22.00 - $26.00
Monday - Friday, No Nights or Weekends!
Quarterly bonuses and Employer provided clothing and work boot allowance.
HOBO, Inc. is the leader in custom chemical formulating, blending, and bulk chemical delivery to the commercial car wash industry. We have an excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Technician II - Powder Room Operator / Mixer position at our manufacturing facility in Lakeville, MN.
No relocation assistance is being offered for this position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Weigh and measure powdered raw materials according to batch sheets and production formulas.
- Operate powder handling equipment such as mixers, blenders, hoppers, sifters, and conveyors.
- Load and unload raw materials safely.
- Verify batch records and complete required documentation.
- Conduct basic in-process checks (e.g., weight verification, visual inspection)
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely material availability.
- Stacks finished products on skids or into bins.

- Able to operate a motorized vehicle. Forklift skills are a plus.
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
- Able to work occasional overtime as needed.
- Have 1-3 years of relevant experience.
