We’re searching for a dedicated Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technicians to join our growing operations!
Hobby Lobby Distribution is responsible for receiving, storing and shipping merchandise to all of Hobby Lobby’s 1050 retail stores around the country. Hobby Lobby Distribution has one central Distribution Center, with 12 buildings comprising over 12 million square feet, featuring:

• 44 miles of conveyor systems
• Automated picking and retrieval systems
• 1,100 pieces of transport equipment
• Cutting-edge industrial machinery

Shift Options & Pay:

• $20.90 Hr. / Monday – Friday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM with occasional Saturdays
• Opportunity to earn a higher rate after just 90 days!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Execute repairs on cardboard balers, trash compactors, and fabric rolling machines.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with cardboard balers, trash compactors, and fabric rolling machines is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and a team-oriented attitude.
• A strong work ethic and a desire to keep learning
