- Travel up to 30%
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 3 years of product management or relevant experience
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proven track record of successful product commercialization
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and project management tools
