Hobaica Services is seeking a Customer Services Representative/Warranty Expert and must possess general customer service experience with a willingness to learn.

This is a full-time, in-office, non-exempt level position, reporting to the Office Manager. The hours for this position are in-office, 8:00 – 5:00pm and may require some overtime in summer season.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Answer phones, screen, route and schedule
• Administrative/Reception duties
• Manage club membership plans, warranty plans & quality control
• Manage customer follow-up
• Warranty parts management
• On-call customer service & dispatch duties
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Schedule Service Calls & Ensure Complete Customer Satisfaction
• Answering phones are first priority
• Schedule all incoming service calls & create call slips
• Satisfy all customer requests to ensure complete satisfaction
• Follow up with customers & processing
• Reception Duties
• Greet and announce walk in customers
• Process over the counter purchases
• Shipping/receiving duties
• Manage Club Membership Plans, Warranty Plans & Quality Control
• TCC membership plans
• CMP agreements
• No Worry Warranty plans
• Quality Control Inspections
• Manage customer follow-up
• Manage all open estimates
• Responsible for managing all customer needs
• Book required services/sales
• Warranty parts management
• Manage all warranties
• File for part/equipment warranty
• Responsible for managing all warranty filing
• On Call Customer Service & Dispatch Duties
• On call duty required after regular operating hours, holidays & weekends
• Be available to answer all incoming calls
• Schedule all service calls per customer request
• Create call slips
• Dispatch all emergency calls to the on-call technician
• Schedule all non-emergency calls according to availability for regular operating hours
  
  

Education And Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required, college preferred
  
  

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and type
• Speaking and hearing ability; heavy communication through talking and listening to employees and clients directly as well as through telephone conversations to resolve issues
• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• May lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
