We are looking for hardworking and dependable individuals to join our Plumbing Department Digging Crew . This role involves excavation and trenching to support plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
This is a Task-based position – Motivated candidate will earn great money!
Responsibilities :
- Perform manual excavation and trenching for plumbing system installations and repairs
- Assist plumbers by preparing work areas and ensuring proper digging depths
- Identify underground utilities before digging and follow safety guidelines
- Operate and assist with small machinery
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow company safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site needs
- Communicate effectively with plumbers, supervisors, and team members
