What You'll Do
- Learn to set up and operate high-speed precision stamping and processing equipment
- Produce quality parts that meet tight specifications and customer requirements
- Monitor production, perform in-process inspections, and maintain accurate records
- Package finished parts and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and assist with basic equipment and tooling care
