About the Role: We are seeking Litigation Attorneys to join our team at Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas LLP. Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required, with additional admission to New York and/or Pennsylvania considered a plus. Strong writing skills are essential, and trial experience is highly valued. Attorney Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client matters with a high level of responsibility and professionalism
- Practice in areas including family law, general liability, automobile liability, construction law, employment law, public entity defense, and transactional matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and correspondence
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings (if applicable)
- Maintain effective client communication and provide updates on case progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient case management and knowledge sharing
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities
Attorney Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience is preferred
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required); additional admission to New York and/or Pennsylvania is a plus
- Strong legal writing and communication skills
- Prior trial experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently
- Commitment to professional excellence, ethical standards, and client advocacy
