About the Position
Hoag Property Management, Inc. is seeking dependable and skilled General Maintenance to join our Downey Team. This role offers a consistent workload servicing commercial & residential properties and HOA communities. We are looking for a professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, is reliable, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
Perform general property maintenance and repairs across assigned properties.
Handle plumbing, electrical, painting, and general handyman tasks (additional skills are a plus).
Use your own tools and transportation to complete daily assignments.
Respond promptly to work requests from managers and ensure all repairs are completed efficiently.
- Document and report all completed work thoroughly using AppFolio Software.
Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with tenants and management staff.
Requirements
Proven experience as a handyman, technician, or maintenance contractor.
Must have your own tools and reliable transportation.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs required.
Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Must maintain proper documentation for all completed work.
Required Documentation
The following are mandatory contracting:
1. Auto Insurance
2. Valid Driver's License
3. Legal Documentation to work in the US

Schedule
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed.
