- Support the execution and continuous improvement of preventative maintenance (PM) strategies to enhance equipment reliability and operational performance
- Utilize systems (CMMS, PowerBI, Excel) to track, schedule, and optimize maintenance and operational activities with a high degree of accuracy
- Assist in root cause analysis by identifying trends, investigating disruptions, and contributing to corrective actions that drive long-term solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage priorities, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain continuity across operations
- Contribute to initiatives that improve Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) through data tracking, analysis, and process optimization
- Build foundational knowledge of facility systems and infrastructure over time, supporting broader reliability and maintenance efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or reliability engineering, OR industrial technology with a history of reliability and/or controls
- Hands-on experience utilizing systems such as CMMS and Excel to manage scheduling, tracking, and data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced, operational environments
- Exposure to inventory management, invoices, purchase orders, or similar documentation processes requiring strong attention to detail
- Proven track record of maintaining accuracy, following structured processes, and supporting day-to-day operational execution
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise in areas such as CMMS, preventative maintenance, and facility systems
