Responsibilities
- Process and complete assigned operational tasks accurately and efficiently
- Intake, track, organize, and return collateral and related documentation
- Maintain accurate chain-of-custody records and supporting documentation
- Assist with document review, redaction, and records management as needed
- Follow established procedures, templates, and workflow standards
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external contacts when appropriate
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, missing documentation, or processing exceptions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and workflow efficiency
