What You’ll Do
- Support the Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Maintain brand standards for food quality and presentation
- Lead by example during high-volume service periods
Who We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of kitchen leadership or supervisory experience
- Culinary training preferred (certifications a plus)
- ServSafe Management certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong organization, communication, and coaching skills
- Passion for food, quality, and team development
