A great Restaurant General Manager is someone who:
- Has a passion for hospitality, customer service, and serving our teams as they serve customers
- Believes that when associates feel great at work, the restaurant will achieve exceptional results
- Maintains a focus on the basics of operational quality and great experiences
- Selects, builds, and leads winning teams through coaching and developing others
- Manages competing priorities without sacrificing operational quality
- Takes ownership of driving business results by focusing on restaurant level behaviors that positively drive KPIs
- Treats everyone with respect and shows appreciation for a job well done
- Enjoys a fun, fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and grow
Qualifications:
- 3 years of P&L management experience in the restaurant industry
- Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute a portion of the time-based experience above
- Demonstrated team management, delegation and issue resolution skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
