The Unit Manager is a Registered Nurse or Licensed Nurse who is responsible to provide supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the day-to-day nursing activities on an assigned skilled nursing unit. The RN/LN Unit Manager ensures nursing activities are conducted in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.

The Unit Manager is a Registered Nurse or Licensed Nurse who is responsible to provide supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the day-to-day nursing activities on an assigned skilled nursing unit. The RN/LN Unit Manager ensures nursing activities are conducted in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.
Key Qualifications
- Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN or LPN/LVN program.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN or LPN/LVN in this state.
