Position Description
This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about creating scroll-stopping content and bringing bold, creative ideas to life, while also supporting other marketing initiatives across the team.
- Create trend-driven, engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, organize, and schedule social media content.
- Capture photos and short form video content in the offices, shops, at company events, and occasionally on our jobsites.
- Design branded graphics and visuals using primarily Canva
- Capture and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, event recaps, etc.)
- Write platform-appropriate captions and messaging that reflect each brand’s tone
- Collaborate across HAAS GROUP companies to uncover and share authentic stories
- Support internal communications with flyers, email graphics, digital board content, and newsletters
- Assist in planning and promoting employee engagement events
- Pitch creative ideas for marketing campaigns, swag, and content series
- Provide general support to the marketing team on various projects
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement over time
- Experience developing and executing a full content strategy, not just posting content
- Ability to analyze performance (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategy accordingly
- Ability to operate with minimal direction and take initiative on new ideas
- Strong understanding of brand voice and maintaining consistency across platforms
