Job Summary:
The Automotive Detailer / Reconditioner is responsible for preparing vehicles for sale or delivery by performing detailed cleaning, reconditioning, and cosmetic repairs. This role helps maintain high-quality vehicle appearance standards while supporting dealership operations and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Wash, clean, and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles
- Perform minor cosmetic touch-ups and reconditioning tasks
- Inspect vehicles for damage and report issues to management
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in a clean and organized manner
- Ensure compliance with Ohio laws and dealership standards
- Assist the Reconditioning team as needed to meet operational goals

Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

- Physical ability to perform cleaning, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Prior automotive detailing or reconditioning experience preferred, but not required
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced dealership environment
- Exposure to weather, chemicals, and vehicle fluids
- Hands-on work, standing, bending, and lifting required
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays and Sundays
- Night shift availability required
- Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour (flat rate), based on experience
