Job Summary:
The BDC / Internet Sales Representative is responsible for providing a professional, high-touch experience to all internet and phone customers. This role supports the sales team by handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up with customers to ensure a smooth and informed purchasing experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with customers through their preferred method (phone, email, in-person)
- Respond to internet leads and incoming calls in a timely manner
- Answer questions about vehicle availability, features, and performance
- Schedule appointments and test drives for interested buyers
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on unsold customers
- Keep vehicle listings on the website up to date
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to meet dealership goals
- Attend ongoing training to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service
