This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Applies adhesive to metal detail parts and assembles parts.
- Lays up composite fiberglass parts according to engineering specifications and work orders.
- Visually inspects parts for foreign object damage (F.O.D.) prior to bagging parts.
- Vacuum bags parts while ensuring there are no leaks in bag.
- Cleans and preps bond tools as needed.
- Unbags and unmolds parts as needed.
- Records job information in ERP system.
- Properly documents travelers, process logs, recorder charts and tank information.
- Maintains clean work area, tools and equipment.
- Inspects work pieces for defects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- US Citizen or Permeant Resident (ITAR requirement)
- Must be able to wear proper personal protective equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy.
- Must be able to accurately read shop traveler instructions.
- Mechanical aptitude to include the ability to read and interpret engineering specifications and work orders.
- Ability to safely use hand tools.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds with assistance.
