Key Responsibilities
Customer & Service Coordination
- Communicate repair needs, timelines, and updates with customers.
- Schedule technicians for field and shop work based on workload and priority.
- Maintain and manage digital service schedules and appointments.
- Assist customers with billing questions and open service accounts as needed.
- Open, review, update, and close repair orders accurately and efficiently.
- Complete and maintain service paperwork for billing, warranty, and reporting purposes.
- Assist with warranty claim submissions and supporting documentation.
- Monitor technician time entries and ensure labor is properly documented and billed.
- Help maintain accurate records within service software systems.
- Coordinate with the parts department regarding parts orders and repair needs.
- Prepare and code statements for accounting purposes.
- Assist with service department administrative functions and reporting.
- Support additional operational tasks as assigned by management.
