About the Role: As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting the human resources department across HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and others.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate employee training programs and assist with the development of training materials
- Responsible for local payroll calculation and processing. This includes working with management teams to review commission and incentive calculations, ensure timekeeping accuracy, etc.
- Support employee relations by addressing employee questions and concerns, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Conduct data entry and maintain HR databases and systems
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Collaborate with HR Manager on various projects and initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS, UKG a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality.
