We're hiring a Human Resources Generalist. The position will assist with running the daily Human Resources functions of our NJ, PA, and NV facility and support all facilities as needed.
This position will be based at our Middletown PA office with regular working hours of 9am-5:30pm.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office and warehouses.
- Provide first point of contact for visitors and guests.
- Return any calls coming into the Human Resources line.
- Complete employment verifications.
- Manage recruiting warehouse associates.
- Assist leadership with payroll tasks.
- Assist HR Manager with Benefit tasks.
- Lead Performance Management and Training and Development tasks.
- Assist HR Manager with employee relations as needed.
- Perform orientation for new hires as needed.
- Data entry tasks as needed for Human Resources Department.
- Support accounts payable by resolving payment or invoice disputes.
- Demonstrate an ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment.
- Facilitate and instill a sense of urgency with a "Can-do" attitude with a strong sense of time management, organizational skills, and attention to details.
- Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong relationships with internal / external parties.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Required travel to all Boxzooka locations.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of two years’ HR experience required; 3-5 years preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to stand for long periods as needed for training, coaching, etc.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
