Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking professional to join us as Assistant Vice President (AVP) in the post-trade cash equity market sector. Job Duties: Contribute to the creation and execution of strategies that improve service quality, technology efficiency, and overall system capacity. Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess requirements and recommend solutions to manage potential risks. Participate in the oversight of solution design and validation, ensuring comprehensive business documentation and use case development. Ensure effective and prompt communication with stakeholders, keeping them updated on project progress and developments. Promote continuous improvement by championing innovation and best practices. Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards. Support service enhancement and strategic improvement projects to enhance operational effectiveness and client satisfaction. Help deliver project objectives and results within set timeframes and budgets. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, finance, or a related field. At least 8 years of relevant experience with a reputable financial institution. Proven background in leadership or support roles such as business analyst, project manager, or similar positions. Strong understanding of CCASS or cash equity markets in Hong Kong or globally is highly preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory.
