Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills with experience leading teams, providing coaching, and managing performance in an operations or warehouse environment.
- Solid understanding of operations and operations management, including workflow planning, resource allocation, and process improvement.
- Demonstrated analytical skills for interpreting operational data, identifying issues, and implementing practical, data-informed solutions.
