We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join a fast-paced production environment as a Heat Press Operator / Warehouse Support Associate. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with their hands, following production guidelines, and supporting overall warehouse operations.
You will play a key role in ensuring products are completed accurately, efficiently, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate heat press machines to apply designs, logos, or transfers to garments and materials
- Follow production instructions and quality standards for each order
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and defects

Assist with warehouse duties including:
- Packing and labeling orders
- Sorting and organizing inventory
- Preparing shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production and efficiency goals
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing preferred
- Experience with heat press or similar equipment is a plus (training available)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are REQUIRED
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in apparel production or print/press environments
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory handling
